Refund Policy
Any products that are delivered to the customer in unsatisfactory condition must be returned to the pickup site or with one of our drivers and a photo and email must be sent to us upon delivery. The item will either be replaced or you will receive a credit for the item.
You may use our Contact Us form to communicate any problems with your order.
All orders submitted must be paid for; refunds are not available if you forget an item at the pick-up site, all wholesale and retail orders must be checked in by your staff upon delivery and reported day of for rectification.
If you over order you cannot return fresh food (vegetables) to us. It is at the costs of the purchaser to retain the product.
